Holy shit, that was absolutely retarded! How did you know it was OC? and please tell me you don't know these people. 
Well I am not posative it is OC, but it was posted in a VW form in a thread discussing a large VW show in OC. Also if you look closely at the begining of the videa where the dude almost walks out in front of a car that looks alot like how baltimore avenue is set up. And damn does he get crazy close to missing that second time...
