I've been really getting ready to start carving some master pieces for Halloween and found some pretty awesome patterns online. But, thought this one was pretty cool when I came across it on a message board.

That is really neat. If I could find a template for my mustang I would make it but I am sure ti would look like crap compared to that...

It is possible to create your own patterns from just about any picture. You just have to have a little Photoshop know how and some patience.

First off that Trans Am looks sweet but i don't think its real....if it was how would they have gotten the ram air holes to stay out in the open. same with all the other pieces just hanging there (fog lights, scoops on the side on the front bumper and the mirror) dont get me wrong it looks cool as shit but i don't think that is real

Mike I was thinking the same thing but I definatly think it is real after looking closely at it. The white areas of the car are only half way carved through the pumpkin, and the darker black areas are holes that are cut all the way through it. It is real, just looks very time consuming to create.

Yeah, the pumpkin is only "skinned" in the lighter areas to allow the candle to show light through without there being a cut all the way through the pumpkin. The areas that are cut all the way through the skin are the Trans Am and Pontiac lettering. Most of the car is created from removing the skin from the pumpkin so that the outermost skin can be left to show the rims and tires, windshield, ram air holes, etc.

Pretty amazing. Shocked
