MD Front Plate Petition

I just signed it, who knows if it is ligit or not, but I would love to do away with the front plate..

This is one that should be passed. Not only is it unnecessary to have a plate on the front, its a waste of money for the state to produce the plate and for us to pay for it during vehicle registration.

I love in the petition where who ever wrote it mentioned that if we didnt have the front plate cops could spend more time pulling over drunk drivers and the such instead of hunting down people without front plates.. Oh so true....

I would so love to see this law pass...

Hmm...haven't had a front plate on the 2000 in almost two years now. I don't drive it too often, but it's usually on nice days so I can tell the cops I'm going to or coming from a car show. That has already worked on one occasion! FTP, bitches hahaha

it really doesnt bother me too much i doubt that maryland will ever get rid of it now with red light cameras that i believe take pictures of your front license plate

nah they take pics of your rear plate.....after you went through the red

If I still had the ticket, I'd show ya. First, they take a pic of your car as it appears in the intersection as the light is red. Then, they get a real close up shot of the ass end as you go through the intersection and send the ticket in the mail. Just a little more income for those fat ass cops sitting at a desk. May they eternally rot in hell.

Here's an idea, go out and get the REAL fuckin criminals in the world.

So, no, they do not take a shot of the front license to send the ticket, it is of the rearend.

I signed. I really don't like the way the front plate takes away from the from of the Jeep. ..it's really an eyesore, ya know..

they dont have to pass shit...like rob said i have not had one since i got my car...in fact i dont even have holes for em....i drive it alot and have been pulled over on more then one occasion and have not gotton busted for it
