This is for people to coordinate meeting times and payments.

My group (Me, Chrissy, Kenny, Mike S, Steve, Jeremy, Josh), this is what the payment plan breaks down to the last time I calculated it back in July when I made the arrangements.

Got 2 rooms next to one another on the third floor (only one with 2 rooms next to each other in the place). They are smoking rooms, but I think it will be OK.

2 ppl in each room Thursday night
$45 per room + MD Tax + OC Tax = $98.10

3 ppl in each room Friday and Saturday night
$82 per room for 2 nights + MD Tax + OC Tax = $357.52

I don't think she included tax in those figures.
(5% Maryland Sales Tax & 4% Ocean City Room Tax Not Included)
$90 Deposit was already charged to me.

OK, so that works out to be:
($98.10 + $357.52) / 7 = $66 for the rooms and then $5 per person for snacks.

GRAND TOTAL:
($98.10 + $357.52 +$35) / 7 = $71 per person for the whole weekend.

Also, anyone who is available to leave Thursday Morning for OC, we are meeting at the Owings Mills Mall Parking Lot behind Hechts @ 11:00 AM. Please feel free to coordinate any other meeting times here so you people will know.

Tom I will be at Heckts at 11:00 unless any unforseen issues arise like i talked to about earlier today. I so cant wait it is going to be a blast.

Oh and if i can get my project put together I will have an interesting toy to use to get some interesting video shots. I have started to buy all the parts to build it, just a matter of slapping it all together.
