Also there is either a jimmy cone or a home depot car show that evening as well. So it could be an all day car event....

I am helping Steve clean out his garage today so we can get the Roush out for tomorrow's show. Just so he can take it and win ANOTHER Trophy and show us all up!

Hey Tom, can you give me rights to the gallery, I got some more pictures to upload. Ill make sure that I dont upload any duplicates of ones you took, but i know i have some pretty bad ass ones. Also the first couple of pictures you took of our cars together i think you should add that to the misclanous pictures catagory. That way it will keep these albums a little smaller. I dont know just a suggestion.

Tom im suprised you havent won anything yet. Yours seems to be a real looker. And as for steves, dont get me wrong he has an awsome car, in mint condition. However if people really dont know the history behind it, it looks like a normal 99 35th anniversary GT with a roush window sticker, and other upgrades. I really think he should have one of those poster things made up explaining the history of it, I bet he would get alot more reconition if more people knew exactly the GEM that he indeed does have. just my 2 cents. As for my car i doubt i will win anything until im done fixing it up. I love the car to death but it really isnt anything special when it is parked around so many other neat cars. One of these days i will win something with it though. And im not giving up till i do. Tom you will also win something one of these days. Out of many of the older vettes that i see, i think yours sticks out. I dont know what it is about it, but I think the modifications you made to it, make it stick out from the crowd.

Yeah it sucks, but i will tell you what, these cars shows have been alot of fun for me. They have really motivated me to work on my car more, and get it looking as good as some of the cars there. This summer is the first time that i have really been to a car show, and i have been to 3 already and entered my car in all 3. I cant wait for more to pop up, becuase i plan on attending as many as i can in the MD, lower PA, and upper VA area this summer. Hopefully each one i attend i will have something else done on my car, even if it is something as little as detailing the engine bay.

and 2) As for awards.. see.. this is why I need to drop a 454 or 502 in my car, manual transmission, front lowering springs, etc etc etc.. oh and, no trailer for me
