Looking forward to a nice weekend so I can attend the show and do a little promotion for the site.

Also... I think my brother and I may have a bonfire get together at my house that night. Those details are still a little rough, but I will know more as we get closer to the weekend.

This is for all members... In your spare time, I'd like to have some flyers made up to promote the site and drop in other people's cars. PLEASE take the time to make up some sort of flyer with Word or Photoshop, and then use the My Uploads Link to post them on the site and drop a link to the file.

I hope for more submissions than just myself.

I'm involved in setting up and running the car show on Saturday for CCCTC. If you guys came up with a poster/banner or something, I could probably hang that at the Registration table. I have a meeting today @ 11am for the Car Show, so I'll post again when I know for sure if you guys could do that. I don't think that there would be a problem, but let me make sure..

At the meeting, I asked if we could put up a banner or something and they said that was fine. But I was confused if you wanted me to make it or not..lol. If that's what you were planning on, I can do that..but I'll only be able to make it out of poster board. I looked at some vinyl banners..and they're not THAT expensive, $36 for a 2x6 banner, but it's too late to get one now. Let me know what you want me to do. And if you do want me to do it on posterboard or whatever, maybe you could get the logo to me???

That be awsome Michele, get with Tom I know he has some sort of logo of ours saved. You dont have to make it, but if you want to go right ahead. Yeah and the vinyl signs arent that expensive, Tom and I have been talking about making one of those for other summer events. But yeah that be great if you could make a big poster, and Tom and I and who ever else will be making handouts.

I'll PM Tom and see what all he wants on it and what not.

OK, here are the 2 Most common Logo Images I use:

Right Click on the links and select "Save Target As..." then save them somewhere on your PC you will remember.
Or, just click on the links for a preview of the image.

Michele, thanks for hooking us up like that... Put it on Posterboard, Notebook Paper, even a damn Napkin... anything that you want and anything that gets the name out there would be awesome!

Thanks again!

Here is the flyer i designed to pass out at the show.

and here is the link to the actual word document so you can print it out.

SR2K1 Flyer.Doc

CooperBlack is the font used, to view it correctly. If you dont have it let me know and I can get it for you.

Tom let me know if you need me to have copies of this made, or if you can make them at your school. Id say make 100 or so of these to pass out at this car show, and some other upcoming ones.

Come on people lets spread the word.
