Please post back what days you are coming down, and aproiximate times, if I remember correctly the hotel was being a bitch in the fall about people arriving at different times. So hopefully at least 10 people are comign down with me on thursday so that way we can check in all the rooms, and every one else coming down later can just fill in..

Any one else from this board coming down, I remember MuscleLogic saying he was coming, but havent heard from him in awhile, same with cliffes85ss. If you guys or any one else is coming either email Tom or I with your cell number that way we can meet up when we get down there.

Also anyone who wanted to order some sweetrides swag better do it soon becuase it take about 2 weeks to arrive. The swag can be seen here, and it is good quality stuff for fairly cheap prices.

Final Payment of $64 is due on May 23.

It is getting close and Im getting excited. Cant wait to get back down there with all of you guys.

Chrissy and Kenny will be driving down Friday afternoon in the '78. She couldn't take off from her new job so soon, but they will be there Friday.

Last I heard, Steve is taking a half day from VJC on Thursday and will go down with us. Not sure if thats still the plan or if Mike is coming down with him then too. I'll see what they have to say.

Hey...I have my last fuckin exam on friday at 1 pm...how gay is that, they should know about car weekend I'm gonna try to change it so that i can come down thursday night becuase i should be done by 2pm on thursday and i'll just cruise down with my parents cause i know they are going down thursday. If i can't change it...then i'll make it down just in time for HOOTERS YAY

All depends on what time Steve can get out of work. I will ask him to post something. I have to whole day off, so anytime is good for me. But, I'd like to get out of there and beat rush hour traffic that evening.

We also have one of Mike K's co-workers coming with us, and he might bring his girlfriend as well, they will be taking Jason and Erins spot. Anyways This will make the price cheaper for you all. Im still waiting to hear back from some people on who is coming what days. Im mostly concerned about those coming down thursday, so we can orchistrate a cruise down to OC, and so i can figgure out who is checking into the rooms and such. It is less then 20 days away now...

Both Mike and myself have the day off thursday so we can leave whenever. I am sure that we will be finishing one of the cars off so we have something to drive down there! Things aren't looking so good for mine right now, so we might try and take his down. At least we have AAA

Don't know how you all want to handle this, but there are rumors of people coming home Sat for HFS. My feelings are they should pay regardless of wheather they are there or not. Don't jack the price up for the rest of us. But that is just my opinion. What do you all think?

Steve, I havent heard that rumor other then nick. I was debating about returning home to attend hfstival, but ultimatly decided against it. I do know mike t has to return home saterday for an interview, but i believe he said he would be returning sat night.

I have also heard some rumors of 3 or 4 friends of people attending for a night. Which im not to crazy about but am not going to argue it. We are filled to the brim with beds, so if these people do come, they either sleep on the floor, or bunk up with some one.

I did say in the orginal post about setting up the trip was every one pays the same regardless of how many nights they stay. So every one is paying the same price regardless no if ands or buts. I dont have the money to be getting screwed out of money. So this is how it has to run sorry.

Sorry for being a bitch about these things guys, but it is really difficult to set up a trip and orchistrate it for this many people. We are up to like 20 some now. And the only reason I have let more people come was becuase Jason and Erin backed down, so we had an open bed, and we also had anouther one open from the start. So I let 2 more people join us, and possibly a 3rd havent heard back yet, btu this was to fill the rest of the bed space, and make it cheaper for everyone.

But like i said same price for everyone. As soon as i get a final head count which will hopefully be today or tomorow, i will post a final price, that needs to be paid by the end of car weekend, so i can pay the bill, which will be due lije a week later. Sorry if im sounding like a bitch but this is how it has to be with a group this large.

Stick to the same price plan... Nothing is going to piss me off more than having to try and figure out how much people owe for the time they stay. It was decided from the start that no matter how many days you go, you pay for the whole weekend.

I might come down for a day or so in the truck... because there's no way in hell i'm going to have the chevelle together by then, maybe by a stroke of luck and money out the ass, but I doubt it
