My friend owned his cheating girlfriend: (Yes he is a friend)

So saturday, November 18th, I went out to a bar with a few friends. We ordered the UFC fight so I didn't get down there until about 1am which gave me only about an hour to chase some of FSU's finest. I ended up being there well past 2am shooting the shit and hanging out. So after the fun, I walk back to my car solo, jump in and start to head out. As I'm coming up to the entrance, this gray TSX starts to back out and almost hits me before it abruptly stops and pulls back into its spot. Oh wow, what are the ****ing chances, my ex, almost certainly drunk! So I pull out of the lot, make a quick right, and pull into a parking lot, expecting her to go the same way I just went.

Ever since we've been broken up, she's been trying to do her best to pin every little thing on me that goes wrong in her life and has listed me as a suspect in a police report where her car was broken into. Well shit, here she is drunk behind the wheel with me on her tail and now on the phone with the police. She goes maybe a half mile from the original spot before getting pulled over by campus police. I drive by about 5mins later and an FSU PD explorer pulls ME over to get my side of the story and say, "Well, you knew it was Jessica, right?" I said of course I knew it was her... she almost hit me and I saw her car perfectly. They informed me that she was in no way drunk and maybe she just didn't see me. Shit. What are the chances? When we were together she drove wasted with her roommate somewhere and when I confronted her about it, her reply was, "That's just what we do, it's a part of my life..." in a kind of 'take it or leave it' way. This girl has done ever drug in the book short of heroin so the chances of her NOT being drunk at almost 3am in the middle of every damn bar in Tallahassee was almost none. Bad luck on my part I guess.

So fast forward to today. My psycho ex went to campus police and accused me of filing a false police report and assumed that my whole night was spent waiting for her solely to try to get her in trouble and that I KNEW she was sober. So basically I just told my whole truthful story to the very nice lady investigating the whole thing and I've gathered that there's virtually no chance of anything coming of the whole thing... basically because no jury or judge in a million years would believe I was in the wrong for calling a DUI in on someone for almost backing into me past closing time right outside a strip of bars- ex girlfriend or not. So basically the gloves are off between us (as if they haven't been for a while not) and tonight after class I'll have a nws gift for every CRSX member that posts their email in a reply or a positive rep. She's basically begged to get to this point...
