I really like option number 2, but option 1 is a better deal if you can get the lowering springs with it. The only issue is i am assuming that you are just getting springs with that package and not shocks, if that is the case you will wear your stock shocks out much quicker, but then again it is a civic so if it bounces who cares you will fit in...

yeah the stock shocks are good up to about a 1.8 inch drop but the package only contains springs but shocks would be an investment by the end of the summer.

I like the second choice as well. Any chance getting those with the springs too?

no they are from a different website, but i could pick up a nice set of lowering springs for ~ $150 and then it would cost about the same.

Go with the Excel Dl's... 'Cause if you get the Tenzo's, you don't know which kind of springs will come with the rims. Also, you won't have to invest in shocks so soon so you can do it on your own time and not the time the Civic tells you. You get the shocks you want, the springs you want, and get to save time & money when you get it installed at the same time. Seems rather clear to me.
