The damn dudes nuts were fricken hanging out. Dont you think he is humiliated enough now that he is an amputee let alone have his nuts showing in the newspaper front page. And to make it worse the orginal picture in the paper was much larger and much clearer...

Only in Carroll County...

That picture is a bad picture, I tried blowing up the region to make it more obvious, but if you look at the actuall picture in the newspaper you can really see them...

Unbelievable how his life changed forever in a split second and that he has no anger toward the guy that hit him. Now that is an amazing person.

O, and I dont see his nuts either, but its not really a story to joke about, but the CC Times should have taken a better picture anyways.

It is really hard to tell in that picture, the one in the newspaper is huge and you can clearly see his package.. But yeah it was a sad article, and I really didnt make this post to make fun of it. I just thought it was a very poor photo.
