Installed a new CAI and MAF

I went from the Roush 85mm pipe to the Demolet 100mm pipe and the Stock GT MAF to the lightning 90mm MAF.... do I need to retune my pig?

I think I am going to try to do that next week but ....


BTW: I rate the kit and the customer service 5 out of 5 stars! These guys are great and the finished product looks wonderfull.

i dont see why you would need to retune her. i mean all the maf should do is allow more air to pass through, but it should still be reading the correct amounts and adjust the fuel maps accordingly. and the CAI is going to allow more air to the engine but again the maf is still reading that.


God created turbo lag to give V8's a chance.

I don't know anything about all this computer controlled nonsense, but the install looks awesome. Thanks for posting pics of the project, it turned out sweet! Cool

Damn, that looks real good. Even if you can't tell any extra power, it still makes you feel good.
