Heard the new Disturbed Track "Guarded" on Sirius this morning from their upcoming CD Ten Thousand Fists and it was pretty rockin. Then again, you wouldn't expect anything less from those guys. Scheduled to hit store shelves Sept. 20th 1005.

I heard the other night they had a new CD out and when I heard the name of it I couldnt think of anything better for the band to name their new cd.. I will have to go home tonight and see if I can find the song on limewire or something.
