Yeah, thats def a photoshop on the paint, or a lens filter on the camera when the pic was taken.

I fixed it... you could link to off site pictures in your avatar, but they did not have to conform to the 80x80 pixels on the Forum config. I have fixed it so it automatically resizes it to 80px wide.
