around 4800 which is close don't get me wrong but if im gonna make a serious run...i want to make sure i shift it where i want it to shift

yeah i was just curious every rpm matters when it comes down to it if it gets you that extra fender. Do whatever it takes to win

its all about controlling the rpms in a race the greater degree of control the better. in an automatic at the track if you know what your doin manually shifting your auto will get you a better time.

yea steves got a point....shiftin like that will destroy your tranny fast as shit.....esp in my car....or toms for that matter cause i think they are the same tranny...i can beef it up but that would only help when it auto shifts...i just say fuck it....if i loose cause of my auto tranny...oh well right...least i dont have to put a new one in...i would imagine that suxs some major balls

yeah soon youll look like tom miner in his eclipse put it into low rev the shit out of it throw it into drive and wait for it to skip second because its gone lol

Ehh I know all to well about putting new tranys in and it aint fun to a tune of 2000$...

it all comes down to how you take care of your car and how you drive there are stupid ways to drive and there are safe ways to drive ...even if you manually shift your auto as long as your not stupid about it you'll be fine.
