I have recently installed a feature to allow for Windows users to add some of the sites feature directly to your desktop. No need to forget about checking the site, or leaving a browser open all the time to wait and see what people are talking about.

For Windows XP Users:
1- Right Click on your desktop
2- Select 'Properties'
4- Click on the 'Customize Desktop' Button
5- Click on the 'Web' tab
6- Click on where it says 'new' (next to a list of webpages)
7- Add the following location http://www.sweetrides2001.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=desktop (make sure you click on the checkbox next to the address after you add it to the list)
8- Click 'OK' on all windows

For Windows 2000 Users:
1- Right Click on your desktop
2- Select 'Properties'
4- Click on the 'Web' tab
5- Click on where it says 'new' (next to a list of webpages)
6- Add the following location http://www.sweetrides2001.com/modules.php?name=Forums&file=desktop (make sure you click on the checkbox next to the address after you add it to the list)
7- Click 'OK' on all windows

Then, resize the window on your desktop to fit your needs. PRETTY COOL! The window will auto-refresh every minute to show you the latest SR2K1 info!

That is pretty neat tom. Couldnt get it to work here at work though wonder if it is a conflict with the fire wall. I will give it a shot at home.

Should work fine from anywhere. Its still making requests on port 80 (HTTP Traffic). So if you can get to the web from your PC, it should work. Are there any errors coming up?

It said cant download site or something like that.
