I'm sorry I have to be a dick about this, but after seeing how some people slipped under the radar at last Car Weekend, I don't want there to be any room for slip ups. Especially if I or Jeremy are doing the group a HUGE favor and making the arrangements for everyone.

I have to lay down the law before hand, not when I am there handing out room keys.

Yea im still bitter about the room slip ups. A certain one in particular, i will not mention names but this person should know who they are. If you are staying with us you are paying. No if ands or buts. Like tom said Im not being a dick, but with a group this large, and over 1200$ out on the line for a reservation of one weekend all on one persons credit card, it is hard not to be a dick about some things. When we first started and had one or two rooms it was like 200$ some dollars for the weekend, so there was a bit more flexibility with things. However with the extent that it has grown there is no exceptions to the way it is planed. Who ever forks out that money gets the say until they are fully compinsated by the people staying. And i dont understand what is so hard for people to understand about that. 1200$ is alot of money for one person to take on themselves, and it makes it even harder when people are bitchen about paying back ect. Like Tom said in an earlier post lets all be team players. Im to the point that the bitchen about little details has gotton old. I talked with some of you last car weekend about making a reservation for 1 room, just like 4 of us, and letting everyone else fend for themselves. Car weekend is supposed to be a fun time had by everyone, and with everyone bitchen about this and that it just becomes a hassil. With a group this large there is no possible way we can all go out to dinner some where as a group. There is no possible way for all of us to be doing the same thing at the same time. I just want to go down and have fun. I dont care who im having fun with as long as im having fun. And i am hoping that is what it turns out to be. Please leave the politics home on this trip....

Tom as far as I know we are the only ones with reservations. So we are good to go. As far as everyone elsei hope they get their reservations in.

i made my reservation today...July 27th...i don't know how many more rooms they have left but i was able to get one for me, mike t, and brent....so we are good to go....

yeah i deffinantly want to go but dont depend on it.....what i'll do is when i know for sure i'll get in touch and see who was an open spot in there room....if there is no room left by the time i find out wether i can go or not i can find another place to stay so no worries

I live right on the side of route 50, figure you guys can just call when you head on your way down and we'll meet up and ride down together.

That sounds like a plan. I know a group of us are planning on leaving up here around 12:00ish that thursday october 7th. Which would put us in your area around 2:00ish probally. Would you be able to ride down with us then..
