So i got a list of 14 people (including the tentatives) that we will need to make reservations for. Im going to go ahead and say we will need 4 rooms again. We might be able to squeeze buy with 3 but IMHO it would be cramped. Tom, Rob ect what is your opinions on this. Also if im missing anyone let me know. Reservations will be made by weeks end.

Yes kenny that is what i said, 14. I think if all three tentatives decide to come then we will need 4 rooms if they dont show 3 rooms should be alright. If any one can get back to me asap as to if these people are coming with us let me know.

The price per room for Cruisin' Weekend is $97 for 2 people per room. I think there is a 3 night minimum, but not sure on that. NOTE THERE IS A $12 CHARGE FOR EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON IN THE ROOM
So, all they need to know is 2 people * 4 rooms...
But, this is how the math works out tentatively...
($97 per night * 3 nights * 3 rooms) / 14 people = $83 per person for the weekend

Even more updated list. People keep getting added. This is basically what im going to go with, after Nick Im not adding anyone else. I dont want to do a reservation for more then 4 rooms. If Nick comes we would need 13 beds, or someone else would have to share a bed, or someone would need to sleep on the floor ect. But that is it. No one else if Im making the reservations.

Above I re-did some of Toms math seeing as we will need 4 rooms now. It isnt looking to bad 76$ as a max estimate for 3 nights aint to bad. I doubt you will find a better price.
Havent heard from either Matt B. or Matt R. however I would not count on either one of them showing up. However if they did show up they could sleep on the floor or something, and it would bump the cost down. But like I said i doubt they will be attending.
I should hear a definate from Nick this evening if that is the case then reservations will be made tomorow or Thursday, and a final price will be cut. I will also include a 5-10$ charge or so per person for food and beer so one person is not stuck buying everything. It will work the same as it always has, most of the money will be collected upfront to cover the deposite and beer/food fund, and the rest will be collected that weekend to cover the rest.
OK as for who will be checking in the rooms here is what I came up with.
Room 1: Rob, Jeremy
Room 2: Greg, Angie
Room 3: Steve, Michael
Room 4: Tom, Adam
Or some sort of combination of this. The reason we are doing this is
1: They charge more money for each person in the room. The standered fee is for 2 people so we are only going to check 2 people in per room. This way we will save money becuase we are only checking in 8 people even though we have 15
2: They were bitches about no alchohol in rooms with people under 21. With this list of people checking in no one is under 21.
This shit is getting complicated. Im affraid if we get a 5th room we are going to have some one back out, and at that point we wouldnt need the 5th room, and that would just jack the price up sky high. I would like to keep the price anywhere between 70 and 90$. So this is the final list no more add ons, unless it is a girlfriend of one of us and can share a bed. If anyone else decides to come with us they need to make their own reservation.
The count down has begun, Im getting excited. Tom I think it is time you put a counter counting down to it on the front page of the site.
