yeah it is very ghetto but its because the companies own the rights to the actual vehicles, and its a matter of us earning money by sale of something they designed.. that's whats not legal

sonsa bitches...

However we arent earning any money.. All of the stuff in the store is set for cost of what it is for cafepress to make it. We do not make a single penny off of any thing that is why i dont get it. I understand what you are saying kenny but seeing as we dont make a dime i dont understand the harm in it.. If anything it is free advertisement for ford and the other companys.

Let the Legal Battles Continue... Not sure if its worth getting in trouble with Cafepress or maybe even worse.

I think the Merch looks pretty damn cool with just our Trademark Logo. Thumbs Up Cheers

Also, I like how the store is now integrated with the website, and not an external link, those several hours of programming on my part REALLY paid off! Rockin'

We should contact Cafepress about copyright/trademark issues. I'm sure they've handled something like this before Idea

I contacted cafepress about the cars and the NTAC on the other phone said we would have to get approval from GM, Ford, etc, to use our cars on the merchandise. Then we would facsimile the paperwork to cafepress and we can go from there. That's Gay!

I do believe, if anyone wants his/her own car on a piece of merchandise, Staples, Target, Office Max sells printable iron-on transfers. So, if you really, really, really, really want your car on cloth, print it out on the transfer and iron it on Exclamation
