I'm working on a "71" Vette, installing Dynomax headers. I'm having a problem with the clutch bar, some call it a "Z" bar, from the block to the frame. The bar is in contact with the header pipe and there is no room, that I can find, for adjustrments.
I installed the identical headers on my "71" Vette a year ago and I have at least 100/1000th clearance between the pipe and clutch bar. If any one has had the same problem and came up with a solution I would love to hear from you. |
